Hahah, I havent posted a album on here in sooooo long.
Lately i've been listening to a lot of:

Lewd Acts (im soo pissed i missed them)


Ugh, i've been trying to write this one song for such a long time and I still cant get it right. I tried recording some of the other songs we've wrote but I cant use garage band and my patch chord is at brienne, therefore i cant use my guitar recording software.

I really want to finish at least a 4 song demo by the end of the summer. With everyones busy schedule (and its summer! imagine during school) we cant do anything. I also need to get an acoustic guitar soon. But fuck, we need to finish the demo.

These past weekends have been so much fun.
This weekend I got the key to my place in toronto, I love it there so much. I mean, there's nothing wrong with 24 hours bubble tea places. I went to my workshops from friday to saturday, made my way down on saturday, met up with brienne and he friend masha. We say dragonette, they only played 4 songs but i was so worth it. I drank too much and had to wake up early the next day, i was 1:30 late for my workshop and everything was fucking delayed, I hate the TTC.
by sunday morning my phone died, couldn't get a hold of anyone, luckily the back door to my house was open and i got inside. I walked to pride anyways, hoping i could find caroline and rocio. I was in luck, I found them and we were around drinking and clubbing(lol!) until 5 in the morning. We stayted and some girls house and she wasn't even there. Went to rocios and showered! (i was so stoked to shower)
Came home, got caught without a ticket, now i have two to pay....which im not going to. Apparently if you dont pay them for a while, they'll call you and make you pay or put you in jail for 3 days or something.

would go to jail, not paying those assholes 220 dollars, eat shit.

I dont even know if this made sense, anyways good weekend, met cool new people, im only bummed about not seeing Lewd Acts.

Fuck, let me briefly summarize what has happened these past few days.
RosesDead, I went, I almost didn't but im glad I did. The show was unreal, made me feel like i was in highschool again, just getting into this scene. If it wasn't for those guys, I would of never been introduced to that music scene. Even if I dont really enjoy them as much now, the were a stepping stone(one that I am grateful for) to the music I enjoy and love so much.
I've come to the conclusion that hardcore is the music I love, I find myself enjoying it more than any other. It influences me more than any other genre, fuck if i could start a hardcore band I totally would.

Back to the brief summary:
Went to RosesDead, hung out, chilled, moshed, jammed.
Then came Blacklisted, I was so excited to see them (seeing as i missed them when they came, like 3-4 years ago) and they didn't get over. None the less, I went with kayla to Hamliton because she knew This is Hells singer Travis. Such a bad turnout for that show, less than 20 kids were there. So the show ended and This is Hell was staying at kaylas, we went to my car and stupid me left the fucking light on and my battery died. They gave me a boost and to make things worse, I drove on a one way street (for the second time in hamilton!) I fucking hate that city.
Next night, same thing, went to Toronto hung out with the band (by this time I knew Travis' name and Brian, their merch/tour manager). Way better turnout for the show, after we went to sneaky dee's and we went home.
They played Sudbury on friday night and we went to their London show on Saturday. Let me just say something about London.....SHITTIES FUCKING CITY EVER! it's like the worst part of hamilton. After only being there for 10 minutes some lady got hit by some guy and there was cops and an ambulance. First and last time i'll ever go there.
We hungout in their trailer for the whole show, it was fun, they played and it was over.
Their really nice guys, by that time all of them talked to us and a couple of them keep to themselves but they opened up to us.
Such a fun week, brian gave us free stuff and it was just cool.

Holy I havent updated this in a really long time.

I go to do things that I havent done in a while.

I went to a show and it ruled so much, Ceremony, life long tragedy, sabertooth zombie and trapped under ice. Such a good turn out and most of those guys are so nice.

A couple of things coming up:

RosesDeads last show on the 14, super excited for that.
Blacklisted on the 18th and 19th, hopefully i'll get the chance to bring my camera and take some pictures. So many good shows coming up, im so excited, I realized how much I actually like hardcore. It gives off this awesome vibe, its people making music just for the music and to have fun, sing along and get sweaty...together!
I love it.
